Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Swim-a-thon a HUGE Success!

Bannockburn Swim Club hosted its first annual swim-a-thon fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society onSunday July 17th and it was a rousing success! Led by Bannockburn Swim Team participants and joined by the Swim Club community, more than sixty people turned out to swim and cheer and raise money for a great cause. In total, our group swam 3,343 laps that day and raised just short of $5,000! All of the donations went to LLS whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma as well as improve the quality of life of patients and their families. If you would still like to donate go here.

Movie Night gets Four Stars

All accounts (and pictures) indicated it was a great time and that the tradition is back!
