Bathhouse Renovation Update!

We’re thrilled to announce that members have approved a capital assessment to fund a long-overdue renovation of our 30-year-old bathhouse! This project will modernize the space while addressing longstanding issues like poor drainage and ventilation. Active permanent members will contribute $400 per year for two years, and summer members will contribute $266.67 per year for three years ($800 total per active permanent or summer member). The capital assessment will be fully refundable (like the current bond structure) when members leave the pool, increasing the total value of their membership.

The Board is developing an updated bathhouse design with architect John Katinas. Proposed upgrades include a breezeway entrance, push-button showers with a private changing area, a handicap-accessible family restroom, and a small kitchen for a pop-up snack bar and selling food and drinks during swim and dive meets. Work is expected to start in October 2025 and be complete by early May 2026. The board anticipates that the pool will be able to open as normal for the 2026 season.
