We have exciting food trucks, events, and swim meets coming up in the next two weeks covered in this newsletter. More details on events and hours below.

Please note that we are hosting swim meets on June 25 and 28 that will impact pool hours.

Additionally, a reminder that lost and found will be donated at the end of the month. Please check out the shelves near the baby pool.

 Pool Hours Until August 1st

• Monday—Friday (Including Holidays): 10:30AM – 8:30PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30AM – 8:30PM
• Early Bird Swim (Weekdays): 6:30AM – 8:30AM

Note: Kindly clear the pool area by closing time so our lifeguards can go home, eat dinner, and dream of a world with no unattended pool noodles.

Slow Down, Please!

We know you are eager to get to the pool but if you are driving, please enter the pool parking lot slowly as there are often pedestrians and other vehicles moving about. If you have caregivers or other pool members who also drive to the pool, please pass along this reminder.

Swim Team: Our season is underway and the season is going great so far—the Dolphins have won one meet and lost one meet, and we enjoyed celebrating our seniors: Shelby Carter (Ole Miss), Charlie Conroy (U.S. Naval Academy), and Zoe Verhoeven (College of Art and Design in Brussels), at this past Saturday’s meet.

Raft Night: Thank you to everyone who came out for the first raft night! Keep an eye on the pool calendar for the next raft night in July!

Mina Tamales

June 24: 4:00PM – 7:30PM

Have you ever had scrumptious Tamales sooo good, smothered in so much deliciousness? These ones are perfectly tender, so soooooft, filled to the brim with tasty marinated meat. You can even freeze these to re-steam, then eat it for breakfast with a big cup of nice hot Coffee… CRAZY YUM!

Have you ever had crazy delicious authentic Mexican BIRRIA tacos smothered with so much ooey gooey deliciousness? Juicy, Cheesy & Meaty with every single bite! Dip into the delicious Consomme de Birria for some extra action-packed flavor! Don’t miss the rare sighting of the famous MINA TAMALES Food Truck!

Rocklands

June 25: 5:00PM – 8:00PM

John Snedden opened his first Rocklands restaurant in 1990 in Washington DC, and 31 years later the BBQ is just as flavorful and tender. Some of their most popular items include their pork belly sandwich, ribs, brisket and pulled chicken. Another fan favorite is the “Pearl” which some have called ugly beautiful! It is a portion of mac-and-cheese, with layers of baked beans and chopped pork, topped with Rocklands BBQ Sauce.

Pre order is available today (June 24) until noon at: https://rocklands-bbq.square.site/

Helpful Tips:

• Your location pre-ordering will be active until Tuesday, June 24th at 12:00 pm.
• Pre-ordering may not be visible on google chrome, but other web browsers have no problem!
• Other locations/trucks may be listed and active for the same week. Please advise guests to select the correct location.
• Once the correct location is selected the date will automatically change to the date and start time of your event
• Guests may schedule what time they would like to pick up by selecting “Change” under the location and switching from “ASAP” to “Later” and their desired time!
• Some options may be available on pre-ordering only—currently we have a rib platter only on pre-ordering

Masala Grill

June 28: 4:00PM – 7:30PM

Masala Grill features Mediterranean dishes with “kiddie friendly” menu on the trucks. Their philly cheese steak is also sooo good! soft bread, plenty of tender meat, and crazy cheesy! The flavor is unlike any steak and cheese you’ve ever had. Each bite is guaranteed to be delicious… and lastly, the vegetarian falafel… they smooshed in the pita bread perfectly, along with the freshly cut veggies, red onion and delicious chef’s special sauce all over….. oh so yum! In addition to their specialty, this truck also offers a slew of American classics. Come out and check out masala grill’s maximum flavor to satisfy many tastes!  Don’t miss this wonderful merry-making!
