Get your July 4th BBQ fixins early!  Calling all food-truck fans… The amazing BBQ BUS SMOKE HOUSE is making a Bannockburn debut.   Chef Che Ruddell-Tabisola believes that food should do two things: gather us together and nourish our whole selves. The Southeast Asian native has been super fortunate to realize that call to service for DMV residents every day since 2011- offering a menu of fresh ingredients locally prepared.   BBQ Bus will be offering all the classic BBQ fixins :  pulled pork, smoked chicken, brisket, spare ribs, with mac n cheese, slaw, garlic mashed potatoes, collard greens and baked beans.  What’s not to love?!
