Bun’d Up Pop Up (Korean Fusion – Buns and Rice Bowls)

Bund’up is the brainchild of Scott Chung, a 36 year old Korean-American.  He attended L’Acadmie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg for Pastry Arts and has been roaming the DMV for 5 years selling steamed buns and rice bowls.  He got his start selling his gourmet buns at the Pike & Rose and Bethesda Farmers Markets.  Their best sellers are the Pork Belly Bun, Mushroom and the Korean BBQ Beef rice bowl.  He’ll also be offering a kids bowl for $8 (Choice of Protein, White Jasmine Rice, Cucumber Kimchi, Pickled Onions and Scallions. Choice of Sauce).
