El Cumpa Chilean Street Food Truck

Tomás Gutierrez moved here 4 years ago with his wife Jessica, aspiring to own his own food truck, after working for one of the best food truck businesses in Washington DC. After missing his food from back home in Chile, he and his wife decided to open the very first Chilean food truck in the DMV area. Tomás and his wife and very excited to share their unique and delicious cuisine from Chile to the community. One of his most popular items is Pino (beef) Empanadas but everything is delicious!

Barro Luco– thinly sliced steak with Swiss cheese on ciabatta bread $15

Chacarero– thinly sliced steak with green beans, tomato and mayo on ciabatta bread $15

Italiano– thinly sliced steak or pork, with avocado, tomato, and mayo on ciabatta bread $17

Lomito– pork loin cut into slices with tomato, sauerkraut, salsa verde, and mayo on ciabatta bread $15

Choripan– Chilean chorizo with salsa criolla on French bread $10

Veggie – Avocado, tomato, hard boiled egg $10
