Taking advantage of the bounty that DMV offers, Food Truck Owner Professional Chef Peter Tran spins the ripest seasonal produce, the freshest veggies, the finest meats, the juiciest poultry, and his passion for food into crafted creations that make even the most ardent foodies absolutely swoon!
With a classic technique driven approach to Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Peter with his fab-four crew: Danny, Robert, Sonny and Hai are super excited to bring you HANGRY PANDA’s vibrant food culture through the details of Asian delicacies that are built of hybrid street style dishes- delivering a unique creative combination of sweet, savory, crispy and fresh across the menu, weaving together an array of gorgeous fusion delights. Chef Peter is very kind, humble, deeply in love with his heritage and finds incredible joy in being able to share that love with others through his street food recipes.
