Mina’s Tamales Food Truck (Authentic Tamales and Latino Cuisine)
Mina’s Latino food truck is making a Bannockburn debut. Have you ever had scrumptious tamales so good, smothered in so much deliciousness? Mina’s are perfectly tender, so soft, filled to the brim with tasty, marinated meat. You can even freeze these to re-steam, then eat them for a quick yummy meal. In addition to Mina’s 5 variety of tamales, she will also be serving enchanto, sopes, taquitos, pupusas, quesadillas, tortas (sandwiches) and tacos.
