Pakos offers quesadillas, burrito bowls, a variety of tacos, nachos, Birria, vegetarian dishes and a Latino spin on Ramen Noodles.

Here’s a bit more background on Pakos… ⁠ Magaly Yapur, a woman of strong intellect and much ambition, who is a native of Cochabamba-Bolivia, has always wanted to own a food truck. Her husband, Michel Acero, who used to be a lawyer in Bolivia could never make a decent living in America, due to very limited English proficiency. With four kids in tow, the couple trekked to New Jersey to get their beloved food truck converting it to PAKOS FRESH MEX.  Like most aspiring entrepreneurs, they were very eager to expand beyond the food truck world, but their dream was shattered when the pandemic hit… festivals were canceled, many people were working from home and that’s been a recipe for trouble for many food truck owners.  Please come out and support this well deserving immigrant-owned business and get some delicious Mexican/Latino food to boot!
